- I have been interested in Agile work processes from CD work, and Kaizen is wrapped up in the Agile method, so I made a point of searching for books specifically about Kaizen
How the book changed me
- I intend to broaden Kaizen in my life from just in my work to really all aspects of life.

- What is it? Kaizen - Japanese method of continuous improvement
- It was developed in teh West, but adopted in Japan since it was seen to be very compatible with Japanese values.
- Unfollow social media accounts that make you spend money
- Use Kaizen to gradually introduce changes into your diet
- Get fresh air into your office or home as much as possible
- Choose a person every week to send a note adn tell them why you appreciate them.
