• Infants are bad at stuff and everyone is okay with it. That is how they get good.

• Infants are learning machines. they are curious and ready to learn
• they do stuff wrong over and over again e.g. learning to walk. It doesnt discourage them.
• When learning to walk their failure rate would be deeply discouraging to an adult
• how to keep that same attitude as you grow older?
• we may remember the milestone such as baby's first steps and forget all the falls that came before
